My mother is getting billed every month from these people yet she didn't take up the loan and we've sent numerous request to stop deducting money from her account. I've called them about 3 time on behalf of my mother and they never want to give me their names or the calls reference number. everytime i call they tell me they will look into in and we've never had a response. STOP DEBITING HER ACCOUNT!
