APPAULLING SERVICE BAD ATTITUDES NO ASSISTANCE

HI I am a New Nashua MObile customer, recently in Jan this Year i took out a contract with Nashua mobile Clearwater mall. i dealt with Johan who at the time was very helpful and eager fior the deal. i started noticing that my phone was very quite no calls, msg no emails and i had to constantly remove my battery and reboot in order to update the phone. For about a week i did this and monitored this, then called the 0861 nashua number spoke to Anna Marie who said that it is my sim card and i should go back to clearwater mall for a sim swop. which i did on the 21.01.13 and i dealt with Adele. she said after 24hrs put the new sim card in. which i did. i monitored it for afew days and still the same. i am now fraustrated and so i called the store on the 25.26.28.01.13 always engaged now really frustrated i called the west rand branch 29.01.13 and they transfered me to the clearwater branch i left a message for Karen who supposedly is the manager who is never there or never available and till today is returning my call. i explained problems to Adele, Johan and finally a sales executive Ronell - i have a new contract that i am paying for no incoming, outgoing calls no emails.
