On the 19 august 2013 i was informed via sms that my contract will change and my unlimited internet usage will be capped to 2 gig. if i use more than that i will be charged. again. breach of contract. no changes in montly subscriptions were made. if i have to pay for internet usage then my subscription should be less. how can cell c have a signed contract and then decide to change and the customer must just be satisfied. i can't go and change my subscription fees and send cell c a sms. i will get sued! then since this fair usage has been put on my account i can't use the internet programs i use to. for instance pinterest. i can only view a picture. if i want a recipe on that picture it gives me a 404 error. cell c should do something or cancell my contract withou chraging me!! i had to post to compliant because there was not enough space. please see that both are sorted out!!!
