Vodacom continues to offer bad service and no signal. I have complained since November 2012 and they have eventually reacted in March 2013 by cancelling the contract and picking up the modem. The agreement was that if they cancel immediately and pick-up the modem, they will refund me for January, February and March installment (already paid) as there was no use on the device due to no signal.
This has not transpired and upon calling the accounts department, there is no request on file for the refund.
This is unacceptable as Vodacom do not provide the service for the funds collected and upon agreement, they have not come to the party.
