I took my phone to theMtn store in Silverton for repairs in April 2013. The phone has to date not been returned to me. I have made many enquiries, send email, threatened but still the phone has not been returned to me. My account for the phone is still being debited for this phone while the device is not in my poccesion. I need answers and want the device returned to me or replaced immediately. I also want to know how Mtn is going to reimburse me for the last 6 months that the device was in their pocession and not mine. I also want my other account terminated with Mtn immediately.
