I've upgraded on the 12 of February 2013 to a Galaxy S 111 Mini, and as of the 1st of April 2013 the battery does not charge. I've took the device back and they insist to send it in for repairs. In the contract it states clearly "In the event that your device has a manufacturing defect and communicated within six months from the date of purchase, the complete unit can be returned for a refund/replacement and/or repair". I use my phone for security purposes and feel they should replace the phone immediately. What is stated in the agreement and what the store say are two different things. (Misleading)
