My cellphone contract was due to expire on the 8th of March. I went in to the branch at the end of January to give notice. They said I can only give notice a month in advance. I had to go back on the 1st of February to give notice to end the contract. i went again back in March to make sure that the notice went threw, and was told it did. I was told that i could migrate the number on the 30th of March to another provider.
I went to another provider and took out a contract, but the migration didn't go threw. They phoned me and apologised and asked me to come back to redo the migration. It didn't go threw again!
The number was hold by Nasuamobile (cell-C) After phoning the customer service they said it could only be done the end of the month, i asked to speak to a supper visor and was told she is busy and would phone me back. That also didn't happen.
