My BB this morning changed dates to March 2006

After trying to call the call centre I received a voice message saying "we are experiencing high call volumes" I do not have time to wait 24 hours for someone to contact me back. This morning when I switched on my phone it showed 12:00 in the morning and the date 1 March 2006. I have reset my phone almost 10 times now and it is still the same problem, my 3g is small letters instead of 3G and it keeps on telling me that I am not connected to the wireless network. I tried to do a security wipe and guess what? still the same problem. I need my phone my staff contacts me on this phone through Whatsapp and BBM which is now unuseble. I need a solution asap. This is unacceptable my account is paid each month without fail so why are you failing me?
