I've been to the Cell C shop this morning to find out how do I get out of this Cell C contract. R5648.18!!! I've been complaining since March 2013 of poor network coverage. Nobody ever gets back or can give me a sufficient answer. After my e-mail below, Nathan (0845220098) did contact me, advising me to make some setting changes to my phone, nothing has changed. He told me then that Cell C is busy putting up a new tower at the Laguna Mall, Langebaan.
My office is in Yzervarkensrug, Saldanhaand 9 out 10 times, I don't have any coverage. I can't make a call and when people tries to get hold of me, my phone either does not ring, goes directly to voice mail, the subscriber you have dialled is not available of the call drops. I have my phone set on wi-fi at the office and at home, otherwise I don't get my e-mails on my phone of don't get any whatsapp messages.
When I was at the Cell C shop in die West Coast Mall this morning, I was told that they don't know by when this tower at Laguna Mall, Langebaan will be finished.
I travel alone quite often with my two girls, 3 and 5. If I get stuck with my motor alongside the road and have no signal coverage and is unable to
