Since registering two domains with Mweb. I have experienced nothing but issues and no service at all.
First over-billed, then couldn't access account. Send a long detailed email on the 26th of June. Auto response received then nothing.
A week later I complained on FBook, then access was resolved. However trying to set up the websites has been challenging, phoning the callcentre and submitting emails for assistance leads to wrong information or nothing.. Currently I don't know what to do. Latest email informed me that my package does not come with help / wizard I have to upgrade for it... So what pay for it but thats it. Lovely MWeb bait customers and let them hang
My suggestion to anyone that is in the market for a Website - don't go to MWeb. And this from a loyal customer since 1994. Thanks MWeb.
