My account with ADT was cancelled 6 months ago and it was in line with their cancellation T&C's (21 Days Notice), today 6 months /- later, ADT decides to debit my account for a huge amount after speaking to ADT Accounts (Elizabeth) I asked why 6 months after cancelling the account do they debit it? she had no reply but proceeded to say that my account was in arrears, then why allow the cancellation 6 months ago? And why 6 months later, couldn't get hold of me? I was in direct contact with your agents in Amanzimtoti who sold us the account? did you not contact them and say the account is in arrears please assist in contacting the client. Unacceptable it seems as if ADT know what's happening and just chose's to ignore these kind of things. Please assist ADT where you can... and if you can answer the questions above it will be highly appreciated
