Allowing people to run debit orders in my account

I'm so upset and disappointed with Nedbank. For a few months now, I noticed that I have debit orders going through my account with Nedbank. 2 months back when I noticed this, I went to the bank and had this reversed, now this month I noticed that on the 31st of May another debit order went through so I went to the bank to have it reversed (which on it's own is a waste of my time). I was told it can't be done, I must call Nedbank Contact Centre and find out who deducted the money, I did that and the contact centre gave me details of Straitcol (she says they've deducted before), who upon calling gave me the details of Platinum. Upon calling this Platinum, they say, it was a system error and the money will be returned to my account in 21 days. My thing is am telling Nedbacnk, I HAVE NO DEBIT ORDERS OR STOP ORDERS going through my account, when I see one and I say remove it, I don't understand why you CAN'T remove it. I trust you as my bank to not allow funny debits in my account and to rectify this once discovered BUT no, my bank fails me. Angifuni nix, I'm closing the account with them, maybe FNB will do a better job to look after my interests from like Platinum.
