Hi Lesley, thanks for your exceptional bad service, its been 3 weeks now and haven't received my feedback as requested over the phone AGAIN. Its people like you that drags Vodacom's name through. My normal monthly payment to vodacom was R993.00 until July were both of the following months was near R2200, shocking... Guess what for OKT my bill is out of the blue even less than my normal monthly subscription. For some reason its now R825, so why will that be??? I personally think your accounts department... IS DEUR DIE HULLE MOET WAKKER SKRIK!!! ek sukkel al 3maande met die, goeie kliente diens :)
