Waiting for refund for over 3 weeks

On the 9th of September Linda from Vodacom contacted me and informed me that they were going to credit my account for the data they charged me extra for, after I wrote I complaint on Hello Peter. Linda asked me if I wanted the money to be paid back into my bank account and I said yes. I am still waiting for the money to be paid back into my bank account. On the 20th of September I phoned Vodacom customer care again and talked to Dale Llewellyn, I asked him when the money will be paid back into my bank account and he said it will take up to 14 working days. I also asked him if they can pay back the Gap deposit I paid when I first opened my cellphone account 2 years ago, as my Gap account expired on the 18th of September 2013, Dale said he will put threw the request for the money to be paid back into my bank account. I am still waiting for all the money to be paid back into my bank account. No respond from Vodacom!
