This is not my first complaint with regards to Vodacoms bad network, I am sick and tired of getting missed call notifications the whole day and then I have to phone that person back, it is costing them money when phoning me and it is costing me money to phone them back so Vodacom makes double the money they should be making. Secondly when phoning I have to make the same call 2 - 4 times before it actually connects and make the call. I have been in contact with the head office for almost a year now and for the last 2 months they just do not reply to my emails. I am now taking this further and I am going to give Vodacom a bad name everywhere I go. I do not want to speak to a controller that is just going to tell me they will log a fault, I do not want to speak to a supervisor saying they will log a fault, I now only want to speak to the CEO, don't even bother phoning me if you are not the CEO because I will be rude an I will put the phone down in your ear.
