After an arrangement was made with Nedbank, they have taken all the money in my account. They say it is because there was no money for the debit order in April. If they just did their job correctly they would have made a note that the debit order must only be loaded in May. I made a cash payment in April. After they took all the money they needed they still deducted a debit order. If you phone into the direct line of the Team Leader there is no answer or it is busy. The only answer that he can give me is that all the supervisors and managers are not in today. (What business functions without managers?) I sent numerous emails and still no answers. If someone could please just phone me back it would be greatly appreciated. It is the worst service I have ever received from a bank and would strongly advise no one to ever join Nedbank. If you can not trust the bank to keep your money, who can you trust??
