Signed contract in March'13 for a Z-10. Since took the contract 95% of the time i don't have signal. My phone is always on emergency calls only and sms takes for ever to reach. Reported the problem to the previous manager and promised he'll sort the proble as my work and house address was taken that a technician with call and check with me, no call received till date. Manager left and nobody was able to assist me so put a stop order and didn't pay for 3mths. Spoke with new manager and was advised to settle the outstanding balance of R1642.15 and did. My account was debited with R1550.000 again after i'd paid the outstanding balance. Paid R3, 192.15 for service that am not utilising. Promised someone will call me asap, waited for one and a half week without a call and went back and ask for the contract to be terminated and he said he'll get back to me. Two days later got statement from the post that i'll be charge R4776.61 termination penalty. Went back with the statement and was told my query is in a queue and will get feedback when they reach my number in the queue. Have got the phone for more than 7mths now but it's not serving the purpose but yet am paying for a service am not using?
