8ta is very very unproffessional

Last year November 2013, I applied for a contract phone with 8ta and got same in Nobember 2012. In march 2013 I received a statement that showed zero balance and on my contract. That same month eita did not debit my account and April nothing was debited, on the 20th of may 2013 they debited R856.00 on my account of which I did not receive any call from their call centre. I decided to use the sim card and it tells me that the sim card is not be provisioned for and I called their call centre today and the lady that I spoke to said she does not see anything on my account it just shows the account was closed as in terminated and even asked if I was the one who terminated and I said I never did that. She advised me to go to nearest 8ta shop, then I went to Cresta mall and ja I got a ridiculous foolish service as well. The guy just said he is busy with someone's contract and asked someone to help me who then ignored me and helped someone who came after me. Tough they did check and found that my account was closed that guy was supposed to help me to sort the matter so that I go home knowing what is happening. So now I really need my R856.00 to be refunded.
