Service and Follow up Appauling

Hi

I have been waiting over a week for my phone, which I was told that it will be delivered to Alberton City Cell C by your consultant, Caiphus, till date the phone has not been delivered to the store, I am without a phone and frustrated... please advise as to when I will receive my phone as all the necessary documents had been submitted,

I have called the call centre for help, then phone seems to get cut off every time a consultants tries to transfer me to the Cell C insurance, so now I have no point of contact and there seems to be no one else who has the capacity to handle such a query.

I Just want to know where is my phone, as that is why one gets insurance... How does this work, do customers even matter to you? I am appalled, by the manner that this has been handled, and lack of professionalism and follow up.
