In 2010 I took out a contract with Vodacom. In 2012, at expirery of the two year contract, I gave written notice that I wanted to change from a "Top Up R135" contract to "Pay as You Go" contract. I visited a Vodacom outlet in East London to exchange the sim-card to a micro card to place into my iPad. I have discovered that Vodacom have allocated the number to another person and now want me to buy another sim-card. I wrote to Vodacom on 23 September with a reminder on 30 September after having explained my predicament to a person at their control centre in mid September. They merely fail to answer my mail. I feel they should replace my sim-card at their expense as they made the error, not me
