Its been THREE WEEKS and STILL NOTHING!!! Could you please provide me with a emai address and a person who knows how to work correctly with a customer, I am sick and tired of waiting to report the hole time and MTN does not get back to me!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS up to NO GOOD!!! (If I could use another word I would!!) You are suppose to be keeping your customer happy but clearly you not getting that right and I have had enough. I will never ever use MTN again this is the worst service one could get I guess a 3 year old would be happier to help a person the you MTN employers! Could some one who is willing to help a customer and know how to do his work correctly please help me.
