MTN Gateway - Terrible service

On the 24th of September I sent my blackberry 9360 in for repairs (still under warranty) at MTN. The guy said it usually takes a weeks' time, its' approximately 20 days later and I still do not have my phone. During this length of my wait, I had to take it upon myself to solicit the progress periodically, MTN did not inform me. Furthermore, this periodic procrastination is not justified to fix a simple a charging port as I have had this problem before - it was fixed in a day by replacement of phone. Today is the 13th of October and I visited MTN to find out whats taking so long and they just said i need to phone the technical department and it should take 3 weeks but at first they said a week??? It is impractical not to have a phone that I'm accustomed to for a long duration as such. Had I known it would take this long - I would've made arrangements for another phone. This lack of courtesy has imparted a huge inconvenience for me. I am disappointed with the service at MTN and will definitely take my service elsewhere in future! I have tried to contact the MTN branch over 20 times and received no answer...
