New phone can't be fixed

I bought a phone using my Foshini account at Carlton Centre in JHB, the phone is a Sony ST 27i Xperia Go MTN network.

On the 27/09/2013 the phone stopped charging and it went completely off, so since my phone contract say that i have a 24 month warranty i took it to Maponya mall Foshini on the 29/11/2013 so that it can be repaired, they booked it with MTN repairs department.the phone stayed with them for over 3weeks with no feedback or a call to update me about the status of my phone, so eventually i went to the store personally and they told me the phone came back long time and they couldnt get hold of me, strange part i have an account with them and they have all my contact details including my work number and cell phone number, so basically no one bothered to call me.the phone came back to me on the some where on the 25 or 26 of October.

The phone was not fixed even worse because they say if the charging port is dead is not a technically issue and my warranty covers technical issues but not the charging of which it is not true nor stated as well in the contract.so i was adviced to take it back to the store that i initial
