So I awoke to see my line handling a massive 20kB/s, checked the Mweb account section on their site only to see that I was throttled at 35GB, this is outrageous.
My usage over the past few months has been declining significantly and yet I get throttled, no warning, nothing.
I have long supported Mweb and put up with the occasional snag, (Seacom and such) and have never complained or had bad service, this however is absurd.
Fix this rubbish, quick.
