I bought my lumia 800 in august 2011, i took it for repairs in November 18 they told me they will fix it in 3 to 4 weeks but they fixed it in 5 weeks, i only got it back on the 24th of December (5 weeks without a phone). I started using it on December 25 and when i try to charge it it's not charging. Nokia always promise us 2 years warranty but they charged me R395, they saying that the warranty was void because it was an impact demage. I always tried my best to take good care of my phone. Again I'm gonna be without a phone only knows how long are they going to take it this time
