The worse service eve

This is the first and last time il ever take a contract out with 8ta. They don't know what the meaning of customer service is, they all about making money and not about service for their customers. My phone has been off for the last two months and this, tells me that he upgraded my contract but instead he took out a new contract which meant that I paid two contracts coming to r1950. Money that I must scratch out where!!! To top it off they telling me now that I must pay another r500. This is the second time this happened to me and the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is RIDICULOUS!!! When I spoke to the manager at the store she eventually cancelled the contract after this said he'd cancelled a month ago already l. Let me not start talking about their call centre even worse, they said they will call me back but they never do, I called them probably 15 times in one week and not once did they call me back. 8ta is in it for the money and not the customers. They do not know what customer service is. Very IRRATE and UPSET customer!!!
