On the 12th I toped up with R15 airtime, after recharging I imediately called the call centre for them to purchase 100mb data on my behalf. I was told that I could not due to insufficient funds, but I told them that I just recharged and called them for the purchase how come I now had R14.50, what happened tho the 50C?
They told me that I have benn billed but they don't know for what and I should call after 15 min to resolve the billing issue. Anyway I purchased 50mb and was left with R7.00 balance. I went online, when I was done I checked my balance again to find that R1.00 had been deducted, angry I called again and was told that I had been billed for SMS's (which I did not send and I was online) I told them that I did not do send any SMS's.
Nothing helped at all besides the call centre agents were very rude. THIS IS AND CRIME, BEING BILLED FOR SERVICES WHICH I DID NOT USE I DEMAND A REFUND AND AN APPOLOGY FROM CELL C.
