I had migrated to the new Red package with Vodacom. For two weeks, I was not able to use my phone and I was assisted by no fewer than 15 people during this time. In desperation, I took my Samsung S4 to the Tygervalley branch of Cellucity. Patrick McEvoy, in a matter of 5 minutes had sorted my problem. Hats off to this bright young man who made himself available to help me even though he didn't work at the branch!!!
