I have a 4mb ADSL line with Mweb, telkom being the supplier of the line.
I have not been getting the speeds I am paying for and have constantly complained to Telkom but nothing is being done to resolve the issue. I have not been refunded for lack of service, not been given feedback and I am getting quite fed up with their bad service.

Telkom, please sort this out. I have spent hours on the phone with them and nothing has been done to fix the problem, which I predict is the actual line.
The technicians who installed the line did mention that they had trouble installing the line: something to do with finding ports, etc.
Please give me the service I am paying for and refund me for lack of service therefor.
