Replacement for Cellphone insurance not delivered

I was terribly inconvenienced on Fri 7June2013 when I went to the Tygervalley Cellucity to collect my phone. I wasted my time and petrol by going to Tygervalley eventhough Carl had advised me everything was in order. Carl arranged for a pick up at Tygervalley as this was closer to where I stay (I stay in Kuilsriver)
I was there around 5pm and only to find out that my phone was not sent to the Tygervalley store.
A member of staff (Iwan), tried to call Carl and his office was already closed and I was advised that the office where Carl is based only operates Mon-Friday so I couldn't do anything except wait until Monday morning to find out what had happened.
I also discovered that Cellucity charges an additional R75 to set up the phone and this was not explained to me, the only thing I was advised by Carl from Cellucity was that I'd have to pay R500 for the excess & that's the main reason I would have to go to the store personally if I needed phone to be set up but he didn't explain any additional costs.
I took out the insurance with Santam and they actually forced me to get the replacement via Cellucity since they work with their preffered suppliers. I still dont have the cellphone
