As per your response you noted the following "the manufacturer has provided you with service stock (refurbished devices) for utilization, has exchanges when repair capabilities have been exhausted". My dissatisfaction is that i m using the 7th hand set and i am not getting a new hand set, even though my contract states that Blackberry warranty is 12 months and MTN another 12 months.
According to your response, you cited that the refurbished devices are supplied by the manufacturers themselves in accordance with their warranty policies and have been remanufactured to the same quality standards as the new devices. According to the above its not exactly new but a recycled handset. Also its not the same quality standard as the four that i brought to your repair center had the same defect.
What has to happen for me to get a brand new phone (brand new from the box), was it stipulated in my contract that i will be supplied with a refurbished phone? I still have the accessory, if i need to bring them in in order for me to get a new phone. I am extremely dissatisfied with this and your response was not enough.
