RECURRING PROBLEMS WITH BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900

2012-07-04:Receive new 9900 on company (SASOL) TALK240 contract.
2012-10-29:Submit to Sasol for repairs. Keyboard and touch pad not working. Cursor moves by itself making it difficult to type or basically do anything on the device. Reference Number: Original IMEI number-356841048802190.
2012-12-03:Received a REFURBISHED device! Really? A REFURBISHED device after 3 months of use?
2013-01-10:Submit to Sasol for repairs. Keyboard still not working properly. Key guard button also faulty. Reference Number:8425081
2013-02-05:Received same REFURBISHED device, but I was told they replaced it with a new (REFURBISHED?) IMEI unit? 356841045147516
2013-02-20:Submit to Sasol for repairs-Key guard button still not working properly, camera quality is extremely poor and out of focus! I have examples of photos taken with 2 other 9900 devices to compare quality. Reference Number: 8568277
2013-03-19:Receive same REFURBISHED device back. No change in picture quality or LOCK button!
2013-04-08:Submit to Sasol for repairs with complaint and pictures. No reference number yet.
Brand new (REFURBISHED) "flagship" handset not even 8 months old, already in for repairs 4 times! That is a THIRD of the contract!
