I upgraded two of my phone lines and the agent selected the wrong branch after I spesifically requested phones to be delivered to Boksburg Retail Park. Upon getting to them yesterday they told me that the phones has been delivered to Rietfontein offices, they are closed over weekends and close @ 4:30 in the afternoons thus making it impossible for me to collect the phones because I am at work until that time. I phoned Norma yesterday and she was quite defensive on the phone just telling me that it was a technical error and nothing can be done to rectify this request thus leaving me back where I started with no phones. I lodge an email complain but they only open on Monday again. we spend two hours on the phone with Nashua Mobile customer services on Sat 12 Oct no manager is prepared to take our call and we even requested the nr for Mark Taylor but the put the phone down on us. We are so frustrated and have never dealt with such bad service. We still have no answe
