Shocking service

I took my iphone 4 in 2010 to insert a new SIM card. When they inserted the sim, they broke the phone with a butter knife when trying to remove the sim. I feel as if my patience has run dry. Three years is a fair period to wait for the return of my broken phone. I wasn't given a replacement phone... I need this matter resolved!!!
