Hi,
I had purchased an iPhone 5 from iRepair recently. The Box usually contains a Pin which is used to remove the SIM card from the phone. The person @ the shop had cut and inserted my SIM card into the phone. Later, when I tried to remove the SIM card, I learnt that the Pin used to remove the SIM card is missing. When I approached the retailer, the response I received was shocking. According to the retailer, the Pin was missing from the box and he blames Apple for that. This is ridiculous. The retailer is not ready to accept his mistake. I am sure the retailer has misplaced the Pin.
Thanks,
Arivarasan
