Where's my phone?

Last week Friday i applied for a third cellphone contract with Vodacom as a gift for my nephew. I originally requested that they send me a Blackberry 9320. I then called them back on Saturday morning, directly after they opened at 9:00am and requested that they change my order fo a Galaxy S3 mini. The agent confirmed that the change was made. On Tuesday RAM couriers arrived at my house with a Blackberry which i returned. I then called the call centre and was told by the agent that they would go back into the recordings from Saturday to check who said that. No one called me back so i called again and spoke to Esther. The Blackberry apparently still hasn't been put back into stock, even though it was returned on Tuesday already and it's my nephew's birthday tomorrow!!! I now have no gift for him. WHen i asked Esther yesterday what's happening with checking the recordings so that someone can be taken to task she said that her supervisor had not yet got back to her. I've not heard from Esther today and i'm obviously not going to have a gift for my nephew for his birthday tomorrow. I want answers and i want that phone on my doorstop tomorrow night at the latest!!!
