Absolute frustration

To whom it may concern,

I have had a contract with Virgin Mobile for 2 years and recently switched over to prepaid. I cannot tell you how many times I have had myself listed as a secondary account holder on this account. Every time I call the call centre I need to have the same argument about me being a secondary account holder. Today was the absolute last straw. Will you please sort out your system?! The level of customer service is truly shocking! All I wanted to do was to find out why I am getting crossed lines when people call me and why when I make calls it takes several attempts to make a connection.
