My husband is the primary card holder and I have a secondary card on the account. Over the years we have made numerous attempts via letter, forms and telephone to have my name on the account authorized to deal with anything related to that account. Last week I had my purse and I called and stopped the card which they allowed me to do. Today I called to get a new one and they inform me that my husband needs to call, this despite our numerous requests to have me listed as an authorized caller. My husband is in Botswana and I am left with no credit card until he returns. But the biggest frustration is that we have asked them repeatedly to sort it out and flag me on their system as being allowed to call but EVERY time I call it is the same problem which has been going on for years now. I am frustrated and reached a point of considering closing our account.
