I queried what the latest deals online are because i am interested in getting a new tablet. 3 days later i receive a phone call from someone called Jackie assuring me that she would send through the latest deals that very same day. LOL! their automated response says 24 hours not 72 and counting (still haven't received anything)? improve your customer relations and perhaps you would be better as a company. 3k complaints online and less than 500 compliments says something about a company.
