I am very unhappy and irrirated with the service virgin mobile provides to its customers. For 2 days now i have been unable to make outgoing calls and send smses. When I call them they are escalating the problem. call them again 3 more times the problem is not registered AND hasnt been escalated.
Do they realise the frustration they are putting me through by not having the ability to make calls?? My job requires me to communicate with clients all the time-so what should I do?? send them a please call me??? cos I cant even sms??? COME MONTH END THEY ARE QUICK TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT!!!
Should I be in an emergency situation??? what will happen?? use a public phone???
The customer service and I regret ever signing up with them. if you were thinking about it DO NOT!!!
I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect. I am certain that I will get far better service from Vodacom, MTN, CELL even Heita!!!
