We operate a customer service call centre and two of our ISDN lines went down on Wednesday. I logged the fault with Telkom and received a confirmation SMS with a reference number.
Since then we have heard absolutely nothing from them. When I check on the status of the fault (on their website) nothing has changed.
The most frustrating thing is that OUR service levels are now being compromised by Telkom's terrible service and I cannot do anything about it.
