I was having Nokia E7 upgraded to Samsung S4 on the 1/09/2013. i went to Northgate the guy from MTN assisted me but he blocked my Nokia E7. on the 24th of September i went to Fourways because my new phone was Fouways MALL AT MTN AS MY NEW phone was freezing they took it and advised me that i will get a new phone after 2weeks am still waiting tried to call they did pickup their calls and the problem is now my E7 is blocked because of the stupid guy from Northgate and at Fourways they wanted documents for that old phone even if they were having my document for Samsung S4 and ID. They can rather cancel everything I don't care will rather buy a new phone cash. The sad thing is they are going to debit R441.00 plus Porte for the phone that I don't have.
