WOOLWORTHS TO ME ABOUT THE PRODUCT

On the 24th in went to Woolworths fourways mall to buy a cell phone Samsung GT-C3000, I stand to be corrected about the model of the phone. I was told that this cell phone does not support WhatsApp, with great disappointment, disbelieve and confused, I was told buy the sales lady that Nokia Asha 306 is compatible with WhatsApp. I took the phone. While using the Nokia I realised that, the phone does not user friendly when typing on WhatsApp.

On the 27th I went to Samsung store in fourways Crossing and I was told that Samsung GT-C3000, supports
WhatsApp.
My biggest problems is that Woolworths made me sign their terms and condition, which make it impossible for me go back complaint about my problem.

I'm not happy with the phone I'm using, Woolworths to me about the fitchers of the phone, the sales lady was in a hurry to make a sale and neglected what I wanted and my love for the phone desired.
SHE TO ME, SHE GAVE ME FAULS INFORMATION. SHE KNEW THAT WITH TERMS AND CONDITION I CANNOT COME BACK TO THEM ABOUT THIS MATTERS
