Worst Processes Ever, don t take responinility

My nokia phone is the second time being exchanged by Nokia, and MTN Direct advised me to take the matter with Manufacture as it a phone issue. 1st was replaced because Nokia could not repair it, now the new one they gave me is dead too. Called MTN and was advised to go back to Nokia, Nokia wrote the phone off as they could not fix it and they do not make those phones any more and they gave me an inspection results and a letter to give MTN. MTN now does not want to take responsibility, i am being told that i was not suppose to go to Nokia direct as they suppose to do the repairs on their side. The phone can not be picked up on the system, but i am paying so much for it. MTN is requesting contracts in order to look at the phone,

What is there to look at if the manufacture has written the phone off, but no MTN wants to conduct their own investigation to why the phone has an issue. I am now without any phone, but i am paying for the phone, i have spend so much money to even take the phone to Nokia.

I wanted to cancel my accounts in the first place which they stopped me and promised me good service etc... and now i m having issue again
