Telkom Lines have been down for close to three months, and there are a number of issues to bring forward.
firstly i was never informed of this i had to contact Telkom myself (Afrihost is managing my adsl line) before some one could tell me the line was . secondly i was eventually informed by afrihost that the line would not be replaced. i demanded a Re-reimbursement and now the company is trying to my money as i have not received the money owed to me for the two months and every time i enquire i am flat out ignored.
the service delivered is disgusting and i truly cannot see how a company with such weak management and complete incompetence can be regarded as "the best".
this is disgusting as i am paying for services i am clearly not getting and Afrihost clearly does not care to deliver.
not even the CEO bothered to respond when i queried my issue with him.
something really needs to be done about it!!
