I handed in my Blackberry handset due to malfunctioning at Hatfield. Explained the problems and then received a call today to go into the branch only to be told that there is something wrong with the phone but they don't know what and it has to be sent in for repairs. Why did I need to go in could they not just inform me that they need to send it in for repairs OR is this just another example of their incompetence. How poor are they going to become or do they need Their previous group CEO back to get them back up to speed?
