Where is my phone

Three weeks have elapsed and I have not received my phone. I made a call to MTN service provider on 09/10/2013 and I was told that they are not able to locate my phone. They advised me to go to a store where I took my phone. I went to MTN in Polokwane and they said they have not received it. I made another call on 10/10/2013 and I was told that my phone was despatched to Polokwane store on 26/09/2013. They said they will request proof of delivery from Polokwane and they asked me to phone again on 11/10/2013. I made another call on 11/10/2013 and they said they have not received feedback from Polokwane yet. They asked me to phone again on 14/10/2013. I don't know if this is part of "urgent investigation but I don't deserve this. I think my account should be suspended until they complete their "urgent investigation" whatever that is.
