NO FEEDBACK ON DAMAGED PHONE

I took a damaged phone to Mtn in Polokwane Checkers Mall on the 31/12/2013 for repairs and i was told by Refilwe that its a process of 3 days to 4 days. The phone is not back yet and im not receiving any feedback as for when im goona receive the phone or how long i must wait, i called the branch on 015 295 5385 and i spoke to Tshivhudzo and he told me he does not know how long its going to take and im not the only one waiting and i must just wait for the call when the phone is back as they do not have the number for their repairs to communicate with them about our phones
