Extremely bad service

I would like to express my utter disgust with service received from Coricraft in Johannesburg as well as Polokwane.
I purchased two recliners on 15 April. I paid half on 15 April and the balance on 16 April. I was told that it would be finished by 20 May. On 27 May, I contacted the supplier in Polokwane. And was told the system is off, they would phone me right back. No phone call. (My number as well as my husband's nr is on the system). A couple of days later, I phoned again. This time someone did actually phone me back. With vague answers - "Backlog... Problem...". On 5 June I went in to the shop, and was told the one is finished and the other will be done in a day's time. On 7 June I phoned them. They would phone right back. No phone call. On 8 June, I once again went in to the shop. The system was off once again. The saleslady said she would speak to the people in Gauteng, and phone us. No phone call. On 10 June my husband received an sms saying to phone to arrange delivery. On 11 June I personally phoned Johannesburg. Was told the lady handling it was on lunch. She would phone me after 14:00. No phone call again. I will NOT recommend purchasing anything from them!!
