I bought a lounge suite in November 2011 at the UFO store in Polokwane. Unfortunately the couches broke with 3 months. I gave Louis, the store manager a call immediately after that incident & explained that I would not be able to bring the couches back in store as I was in Johannesburg (and visit home only after 3 months or so). I finally made arrangements to send them while I was still in Joburg in November 2012. My wife and I also visited the store over Dec holidays of 2012 and met with Louis who showed us the couches to prove that they received them.
Louis promised to give us feedback at the end of Jan 2013 but that never happened. From there on I started calling the store and talking to a different person each week and they all promised to get back to me but they never did. I spoke to Chantal, kogi (or something like that), Louis himself, Mathapelo and no one really assisted me. I gave each one of them my numbers and my wife's numbers everytime I called.
2 weeks ago Louis promised that my couches will be ready by Tuesday 28th May 2013. Today is the 29th May 2013 and I just got off the phone with him where he said " Your couches will take a maximum of 2 weeks to fix" in his
